Operating aids and holding aids
Gripping and control devices (also known as operating elements, actuators) are used to switch machines, systems and devices on and off, and to control and regulate them. Holding and clamping devices fix and position objects within easy reach to avoid forced postures.
Operating parts are, for example, levers, rotary knobs, control wheels or pedals. Holding and clamping devices include clamping devices or vices.
