DL ETB controls any telephone system and can flexibly map the organizational structures of an institution. Correct forwarding can also be carried out on the basis of file numbers, tax numbers or account numbers.

DL ETB has a component that displays the business distribution plan (GVP) in a form that is easy to use for the blind. Data from Active Directory and LDAP can also be made easily accessible with DL ETB. Intuitive searches for responsibilities, departments, room numbers and deputies are quick and easy. DL ETB was also developed as an information system for service centers.

DL ETB requires no screen reader adaptations and can be quickly and easily adapted to changing requirements.
