DL EasyTask simplifies and accelerates work processes and can be integrated into SAP environments and IBM Lotus Notes. Individual work steps can be combined and automated into so-called EasyTask jobs. Examples of jobs include:
gb = business letter (opens a Word document with a template)ne = new email
as + search term = search for an address

These jobs can be initiated via full-text search, a button, or RFID tags and can be saved both locally and in the cloud. They can be used on multiple computers.

DL® XTab is a DL® EasyTask module specifically developed for voice-controlled PC use without the need for hands or fingers. It displays numbered buttons in any Windows application, allowing the user to activate or focus on the desired control with voice commands such as "Click 17." This function also works in SAP applications.
