Texts converted to braille can be read by blind people. However, this is only possible in combination with a Braille display. In addition to the texts, the screen reader also converts the controls and other screen elements into braille, while speech synthesizers read out the content. A text-to-speech system (TTS) reproduces continuous text using acoustic speech output.
