Description:

The Elotype 5 is an electronic Braille machine with an ergonomic Braille keyboard and functions such as tabulator, margin stop and variable line spacing. Texts can be written and saved directly on the PC monitor via a terminal program.
A plug-in USB keyboard can be used to enter blackletter, which is immediately converted into Braille. Sighted people can read the text on an integrated display (2 lines of 20 characters each). The Elotype 5 can also be used as a Braille printer for the PC.
