cogvisAI was developed to meet the challenges of care in the long term. Using a 3D smart sensor, the care system detects movements in the room, analyzes and processes this information directly on the device and, in the event of an emergency, issues an alarm via the nurse call system or cell phone app.
The module-based care system was created through the use of artificial intelligence (AI). Thanks to cogvisAI, 72 percent of falls can be prevented and repetitive sources of falls can be eliminated. The modules are controlled and set centrally via the cogvisAI management platform, where the different modules can be activated and set specifically for each sensor and room.
Only in the event of a critical situation does cogvisAI create a visualization of what is happening in real time. The rapid availability of the visualization enables care activities to be prioritized and leads to faster response times. Nursing staff are quickly alerted both via the nurse call system and the cogvisAI app and can provide prompt assistance.
