Smartphones / cell phones

Cell phones are divided into two groups depending on the controls. Push-button phones are called cell phones and phones with touchscreens are called smartphones.

Integrated screen readers, voice control and output as well as mobile Braille displays enable a full range of functions for the visually impaired or blind. Large buttons, a simple user interface and extra emergency call buttons make the device easier to use. The installation of additional applications enables a wider range of functions.
