Warming couch for treatment with hot sand
Description:
With this device, the patient is buried in the sand by the therapist using a sand shovel and sand pusher with the body-enveloping fleece, whereby the heart area is excluded to protect the patient. This form of therapy requires a large amount of sand (approx. 500 kg), which is kept at a constant therapy temperature of 55 degrees Celsius using the overpressure method.
