The knee spreader is used to push the knees apart and hold them in place. A mirror can be integrated into the spreader or attached to the thighs and aligned using a Velcro fastener. Women can use the labia spreader to spread and fix the labia, while men can use the penis support to fix the penis in the correct position. This allows the catheter to be inserted independently.
